At Home Appointments: I travel to you. Travel within 90 minutes round trip from Whites Creek, TN is included.

Pop Up Appointments: These are in person clinic days at the location listed when booking. You will travel to that location for your appointment.

All services are self-pay. Payment options available (see below). HSA and FSA accepted. Superbills for possible insurance reimbursement are available upon request.
